4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at tk499 is ৳100. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits are processed instantly.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• While there is no set maximum deposit limit, tk499 reserves the right to review any transaction.
• Any fees applicable to each payment method may be charged by the respective service provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances, the time may be extended due to the verification process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been met.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk499 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Similarly, a ৳6,000 deposit will earn a ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

• Only the main balance is withdrawable while a bonus is active.
• Bonuses are credited after a deposit has been successfully completed.
• A player may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• tk499 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can join our VIP Program. The program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback 0.3%), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and Diamond (1.5%). Moving up to higher tiers is possible through regular activity and play.

• It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules and payout structure of any game before participating.
